City of Diamond Bar
The City of Diamond Bar is a general law city incorporated on April 18, 1989. It is governed by the city council/city manager form of government. A five-member city council is elected by the residents, and a mayor is elected annually by the council to serve a one-year term. The city manager is appointed by the council to oversee the daily activities of the city.
City Council meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the AQMD/Government Center Auditorium. Meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to address the Council on matters of importance. City of La Puente
The City of La Puente is approximately 3.48 square miles and is home to approximately 40,000 people. It is primarily a residential community with multiple types of businesses. The City's rural community is preserved by a well defined general plan.

City of Walnut
The Walnut City Council consists of five elected council members selected by the residents of Walnut. Council members serve a term of four years with a rotating election schedule of every two years.
City Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. City Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers in the new City Hall, 21201 La Puente Road.
Every nine months, a new mayor and mayor pro tem are selected from the Council by their fellow council members.
Rowland Heights
Rowland Heights is an affluent unincorporated community and census-designated place of 13.1 square miles, located in and below the Puente Hills in the San Gabriel Valley, in Los Angeles County, California. The population of the census designated place (CDP) was 48,993 at the 2010 census, up from 48,553 at the 2000 census. Because Rowland Heights is an unincorporated community instead of an incorporated city, it is dependent upon County of Los Angeles representation (County Board of Supervisors).
Hacienda Heights
Hacienda Heights is an unincorporated community in Los Angeles County which gained its current name in 1962 due to the community being centered around Hacienda Boulevard, prior to this the area was known as North Whittier Heights (after its southern neighbor) with the area south of Clark Ave., known as Hillgrove (the elementary School; Hillgrove Elementary is named after this community).
